Design and Construction

Patrylo, Inc. completed the design and construction of Universal Environmental Services’ state-of-the-art used oil re-refinery in Peachtree City, Georgia. Patrylo, Inc. performed the civil site design, demolition and related site work and was later selected as the general contractor for additional property improvements. The scope of work included construction of in excess of 5,700 cubic yards of concrete foundations (tank farm foundations, containment areas, pipe rack foundations, site access driveways, refining tower, pump pads, and boiler foundation) and all structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection. The steel work included the three story process tower, pipe racks, rail and tanker access platforms and miscellaneous ladders, railings and the like. In excess of 1,000 tons of galvanized steel was designed, purchased and erected on the project. In addition, Patrylo, Inc. completed the construction of the control building and on site employee bathroom and locker facilities.
