Medical Office Building
Patrylo, Inc. constructed this 14,800 sf medical office building for the DASCO COMPANIES. The building design required that it be integrated with the architecture of the existing medical facilities. This project is located in rural Georgia and only a limited number of local subcontractors were available for the project, requiring Patrylo, Inc. to locate and contract with suppliers and contractors in the Atlanta metro area.
The building was completed on schedule, in just under 6 months.
