Gerresheimer Peachtree City

Gerresheimer is a world-class manufacturer of a variety of medical devices, including standalone injection molded parts and complex products requiring specialty assembly. This work takes place under the strictest quality control standards, and is completed in classified clean room production areas. Patrylo, Inc. has completed all work at this Gerresheimer facility over the past 20 years. The finished space requirements are demanding as all parts are manufactured in areas with tight guidelines on overpressure, temperature, air change and humidity control. Patrylo, Inc. was awarded the design and construction of the latest plant expansion, the largest yet for this facility. This expansion includes the addition of more than 82,000 square feet of new clean room, assembly areas, material process/control rooms, and also includes a new cafeteria area and centralized changing areas and vestibule.

GERRESHEIMER TECHNICAL COMPETENCE CENTER

Gerresheimer works hand in hand with pharmaceutical companies to develop new and innovative medical devices. The key to this team approach is the ability to guide the design development process through proper material selection, mold development, and design services. This work takes place at Gerresheimer’s Technical Competence Center, which includes offices for the engineering staff, a mold tool shop, and an injection molding area for trial work. Patrylo, Inc. completed this 12,120 square foot state of the art building addition for Gerresheimer in the Summer of 2012.
