Design and Engineering
Patrylo, Inc. was called on to design, engineer, and construct its new paver manufacturing facility located in Jacksonville, Florida.
This 22,000 sf. paver manufacturing facility, which will serve Northern Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas includes a 2,000 s.f. office, a 20,000 s.f. manufacturing space, and 6,000 s.f. of exterior hoppers, silos, and conveyors. Patrylo’s process group self-performed the engineering and construction of the building and equipment foundations as well as process piping, miscellaneous steel and fabrication work.
By working closely with Tremron in a team-based environment, Forza Group was able to use its value-engineering capabilities to meet Tremron’s budget expectations.
