Scott Worley joined Tiernan & Patrylo now Foza in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. A graduate of Auburn University in Building Construction, Scott began his career in Charleston, SC, where he managed major projects including the Strom Thurmond Biomedical Research Facility for MUSC.
Over the years, Scott has led large-scale industrial and distribution projects across the Southeast, including for PYA/Monarch and Lockheed Martin. At T&P, he established the North Office in 2015 and launched the company’s electrical and steel divisions, expanding T&P’s reach and capabilities.

As Partner and COO, Scott focuses on strengthening operations, safety, and employee development to ensure Forza Group continues delivering excellence across all projects.
