A Culture of Safety
At Forza Group, safety is more than a policy. It’s a core value. Our first priority is that every team member, subcontractor, and collaborator goes home safe at the end of every day. For our clients, a culture of safety mitigates risk, delays, and insurance costs.
Our Commitment
We uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Through proactive planning, regular inspections, and open communication, we work to identify and eliminate potential hazards before they become incidents.
Training and Awareness
Since August 2025, we’ve increased our number of OSHA 10-trained employees by over 50%. Today, all Forza field personnel are equipped with OSHA 10 training, while those directing work hold OSHA 30 certification.
All Forza Group employees receive ongoing safety training, including OSHA certifications, job-specific instruction, and regular toolbox talks. We believe safety education is continuous and that shared responsibility keeps everyone protected.
