Project Highlight: Ampacet Corporation – Plastics Manufacturing Production Line Installation

Forza Group delivered a fast-track production line replacement for a plastics manufacturing facility, executing a complete demolition and installation of new manufacturing infrastructure in just three weeks. Serving as the client’s integrated installation partner, our team coordinated design-assist services and turnkey construction to support the installation of a new extrusion production line. The project required extensive structural modifications, including the fabrication and erection of a second-floor mezzanine to support elevated equipment and production operations.

Forza self-performed the structural steel fabrication and erection, precision rigging and setting of extruders and associated process equipment, installation of process piping systems, and the integration of electrical infrastructure required to power the new line. Working from P&IDs and equipment specifications, our teams coordinated closely with the client and equipment suppliers to plan and execute the installation within an extremely compressed schedule. Through disciplined planning and highly coordinated field execution, Forza delivered the project on time and within budget. This project highlights our ability to provide turnkey industrial installations that require rapid mobilization, tight trade coordination, and seamless integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

In 2025, Forza Group completed a full production line demolition and installation valued at more than $2.5M in just 3 weeks for a plastics manufacturing client, including:

• Design-assist
• Structural steel fabrication and erection, including a second-floor mezzanine build
• Process piping
• Millwright services, extruder rigging, and setting
• Electrical and electrical design

This project required extensive customer coordination and field design on an extremely tight schedule. Forza assisted in planning based on P&IDs and equipment specifications/submittals. Time was gained during demolition, and the highly coordinated teams excelled in the mezzanine build, extruder and equipment setting, and the process piping and electrical installation.

The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and resulted in a glowing review from the client.
