Forza Group executed a $24.5 million, 57,229-square-foot expansion for Arylessence, delivering a sophisticated two-story manufacturing facility designed to significantly scale production capacity. The project required a high-precision technical approach, utilizing soil-nail wall construction and helical pier systems to install deep foundations immediately adjacent to the client’s existing, active operations. By successfully navigating these geotechnical constraints, we ensured structural integrity and site stabilization without disrupting the sensitive manufacturing workflows of a global fragrance and pharmaceutical supplier.

Collaborating closely with CDH Partners, Forza Group managed the transition from design development to vertical construction, facilitating a major industrial upgrade that supports 30 new professional roles. This project highlights our expertise in managing high-capital industrial builds that demand seamless active-site integration and advanced subsurface engineering. We provided the client with a scalable, high-value asset, reinforcing our capability to deliver complex, multi-million dollar infrastructure within the elite industrial sector.
