Forza Group served as the General Contractor for CertainTeed (Saint-Gobain), delivering a massive 450,000-square-foot expansion of their Palatka, Florida facility to create the largest gypsum wallboard plant in the world. Our team was integral to the technical execution, managing the comprehensive pre-engineered building package, including high-capacity structural steel, specialized wall systems, and high-performance roofing components. This $23 million industrial build effectively doubled the site’s production capacity, positioning the client to meet the critical national demand for high-quality building materials amid a historic housing shortage.
