Project Highlight: Bekaert Facility Revitalization & Fire Restoration

Forza Group demonstrated elite industrial recovery capabilities by executing a $30 million fast-track design-build following a catastrophic facility fire. Our team managed the simultaneous revitalization of the existing plant—including the installation of 196 wire drawing machines—alongside a massive 100,000-square-foot reconstruction. We self-performed all critical rigging, process piping, and structural steel erection, successfully navigating complex sub-grade work including specialized industrial foundations, pits, and trenches to support heavy-load machinery and essential utilities.

The project’s success was defined by aggressive mobilization and schedule management, achieving facility dry-in just 70 days after the redesign began. By working around the clock to bypass fire-damaged zones and install temporary plant utilities, we restored limited production in just 15 days. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-value, code-compliant industrial infrastructure under extreme time constraints, maintaining seamless integration between structural rebuilding and sophisticated process equipment upgrades.
