Project Highlight: UES Industrial Re-Refinery

Forza Group served as the General Contractor of record for this $60 million high-efficiency oil refining facility in Peachtree City, Georgia. This complex industrial project centered on the design and installation of an advanced, energy-efficient reclamation process, converting waste oil into high-grade automotive lubricants through precision chemical integration. Our team managed the complete self-performance and oversight of the project’s critical infrastructure, including massive-scale site layout, grading, and the fabrication and erection of 1,000 tons of galvanized structural steel.

The facility’s structural integrity is anchored by 5,700 cubic yards of concrete and 400 tons of reinforcing steel, engineered to support heavy-duty process equipment and a specialized control building. By coordinating the seamless installation of sophisticated refining technology within a clean-process environment, Forza Group delivered a turnkey, sustainable asset capable of high-volume resale production. This project exemplifies our expertise in heavy industrial infrastructure and specialized energy projects that demand rigorous technical precision and environmental efficiency.
