Project Highlight: Planterra Industrial Park Development

Forza Group executed a comprehensive greenfield site development strategically located within an elite industrial corridor. The project centered on full-scale site preparation and civil infrastructure to support a multi-phase master plan. Phase I featured the ground-up construction of a 69,000-square-foot high-bay warehouse, engineered for modern logistics and industrial operations. Our team managed the entire lifecycle from raw site grading to reaching Certificate of Occupancy with a 12 month delivery window.

A critical component of this build was the forward-looking site engineering required to facilitate Phase II expansion, which includes a future three-story Class A office development. By integrating the necessary utility stubs, drainage systems, and foundational requirements for vertical office space during the initial industrial build, we provided the client with a scalable, shovel-ready asset. This project demonstrates our capability in large-scale earthworks, industrial shell construction, and long-term site master planning.
