Project Highlight: Gerresheimer Medical Plastics Inhaler Facility

Forza Group delivered an 89,000-square-foot facility expansion specialized for high-tech medical device manufacturing. This project centered on the construction of a massive 45,000-square-foot cleanroom, requiring precise environmental control and sophisticated architectural finishing to meet medical-grade standards. The scope included the integration of specialized assembly areas, a dedicated material process quality control room, and a mold storage shop, demonstrating our capacity to manage complex, multi-functional industrial floor plans within a 12-month construction schedule.

Beyond the technical manufacturing zones, the project included the build-out of supporting infrastructure, including professional offices and high-occupancy employee changing and break areas. By managing the $10 million design-build from structural shell to sterile interior, we proved our expertise in delivering turnkey, code-compliant environments for the healthcare and plastics sectors.
