Esther Goss is a seasoned CPA with over 25 years of experience in construction accounting, offering a valuable perspective to Forza’s leadership team. Her career began with a general contractor and advanced to a partner at a public accounting firm focused on construction clients. After supporting Forza for over a decade through their local CPA firm, Esther joined the Forza family in 2025.

Esther earned her bachelor’s from Georgia State University and her master’s from Clayton State University. Deeply committed to the industry, she actively participates in various professional organizations, such as the AGC of Georgia and CFMA. She values the energy on a job site and the shared pride that comes with a completed project. She is committed to making the industry stronger and contributing to Forza’s mission by building long-term relationships and doing what is right.
