Kinn Loomis joined Forza Group in March of 2025 after a 15 year career in capital programs and construction. Since joining the team he has focused heavily on growing the skills and expertise of our Electrical Division, expanding the team, and on finding new projects where we can partner with our clients to provide the quality, service, and expertise they expect.

Kinn served as the Capital Program Director for a large aerospace company for nearly a decade s and managed a team of 35 project managers in completing 300+ capital projects averaging a total investment of over $100M annually. From there Kinn acted as an EPC Project Manager and Owners Agent for large industrial clients before joining Forza’s team. His background in complex, large scale capital project execution and mangement has been leveraged to assist in project planning and development of the team.
