Laura Kestner joined Forza Group’s Human Resources Department in 2024 as a Specialist. She brings more than 20 years of HR and operational experience across construction, veterinary hospital administration, large-scale retail, and multi-site corporate environments, supporting both field and office teams in fast-paced settings.
Over the course of her career, Laura has developed strong capabilities in recruiting, payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS implementation, workforce planning, and policy development. She is known for creating dependable processes that support daily operations and help leaders maintain consistency across multiple divisions.
Laura holds a certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education program with coursework in strategic decision-making, negotiation and organizational effectiveness, and she also holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
