Nick Fouts joined the firm in 1999 as a design-build project manager and advanced to roles of group leader, division manager, vice president and division president. Upon the transition from Tiernan & Patrylo to Forza Group Inc. in June 2019, Nick became President and holds the GC license for Georgia and the engineering license for Forza as a Professional Engineering Firm. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s of civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering. Nick spent his early career traveling the US designing, fabricating and implementing remediation systems for Superfund sites.This design-build experience translated to the current work of Forza in solving problems through listening carefully, planning thoughtfully and executing consistently. In his current role, Nick focuses on cultivating the company culture, developing the employees’ character and championing our customers’ needs.
