Rodney Hanniford serves as the Director of Fabrication and Quality Management for the Metaltech Group. He has more than 35 years of experience managing complex industrial, commercial, military, educational, and multifamily construction projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. Over the course of his career, Rodney has managed projects ranging from $1 million to more than $50 million in value, while maintaining a strong reputation for safety, quality, scheduling, and execution. His expertise spans structural and miscellaneous steel construction, estimating, budgeting, fabrication logistics, contract administration, and large-scale project coordination across multiple sectors of the construction industry including automotive manufacturing plants, power generation facilities, aerospace infrastructure and large-scale multifamily developments.
