Ron brings decades of leadership and technical insight to his role in business development and preconstruction. Since joining Forza in 2012, he has helped guide projects from early opportunity through contract execution, collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure every solution aligns with client objectives.

With experience spanning construction management, project management, estimating, and field engineering, Ron’s background covers a wide range of sectors, including industrial processing, manufacturing, real estate development, utilities, hospitality, and retail. His well-rounded expertise enables him to bridge strategic planning with practical execution across all divisions.
Ron holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University.
