Stephen Gibson serves as Director of Preconstruction for Forza Group, bringing more than 20 years of construction experience across general contracting, estimating, project management, industrial construction, utilities, and design-build delivery. As a Certified Professional Estimator, Stephen leads Forza’s preconstruction efforts with a focus on strategic budgeting, bid planning, constructability, risk management, and clear communication from concept through award.

Stephen plays a key role in aligning Forza’s general construction, mechanical, electrical, steel, and design-build groups early in the project lifecycle. His leadership is built on accountability, practical construction knowledge, team development, and client-focused solutions that help turn complex opportunities into successful projects. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Southern Crescent Technical College.
