Branch Banking & Trust is one of the premier banks in the southeastern US, and Patrylo, Inc. has been a builder of choice for BB&T for almost a decade now. Patrylo has completed both full-service regional operations centers as well as multiple branch banking buildings for BB&T.

Patrylo, Inc. provided the site development and construction for this steel-framed financial center, which included 15,000 sf of conditioned space and a drive-thru canopy built on a 3.6-acre site.

Patrylo, Inc. self-performed the steel erection and completed the project several weeks earlier than the nine-month contract duration, which allowed BB&T to expedite the relocation of the safety deposit boxes.

Patrylo, Inc. also fabricated a customized machine honed precast to complement the brick veneer, thereby exposing the aggregate in a polished surface. The financial center’s operations include the banking and lending services on the first floor, while office personnel and file storage utilize the second floor.

Patrylo, Inc. completed the project more than one month before BB&T’s opening date, completing the project in four months.
